what to expect from us

We know how daunting it can be managing all the details of your celebration.

Remember, we're here to help.

How do I inquire for a quote?

The first step is to submit an initial inquiry here – we will reach out back to you via email, to confirm whether your date is available and arrange a 30 min discovery video call.

From there, we will create an initial personalized quote for you, based on your celebration wish list.

Once you receive the proposal of your dreams - we are ready to get started! Sign the Terms + Conditions, pay the security retainer - and your date is set!

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, but this varies based on the size of the celebration and the services you are looking to hire us for - so get in touch and we can discuss this in full detail!

To give you an idea: for Floral Design services our minimum is $5,000 USD.

Do you do site visits?

Having worked at numerous venues within Tulum and its surroundings, a site visit might not be necessary. However, if there is a reason, such as a private location or logistical complexities, we will visit the site with you or on our own.

Can you guarantee specific types of flowers for my celebration?

Sadly, no.

Mother Nature's unpredictability means we can't promise specific flower types due to growth, supply chain, and seasonal factors.

However, we assure you that we'll achieve your desired vibe and aesthetic.

This will not be compromised!

Do you offer rentals - or do I have to supply my own?

YES! We offer a selection of rental items such as vases, ceremony frames, structures, candleholders, stone styling pieces, candles, and much more.

If you need something unique that's not in our inventory, we're happy to help source it or design it for you.

Keep in mind, each item is counted for, so if any item is broken or lost we will deduct their cost from a damage deposit to cover for their replacement.

How far in advance do i need to book?

FLORAL DESIGN

We suggest minimum of 6-9 months - but can easily work with shorter timeframes, depending on the floral requirements.

EVENT DESIGN + STYLING

We suggest minimum of 9-12 months - but can easily work with shorter timeframes, depending on level of design desired.

We do recommend paying your 50% security retainer as early as possible as we only take a limited number of weddings each month and season.

Once you’ve paid your retainer, any changes, revisions and details can be modified up until 8 weeks prior to your celebration date.

Do you provide a design concept + mood-board?

Once the initial call has been made - and you’ve paid your security retainer - the fun begins!

We will provide you with personalized mood-board encapsulating all the design + styling elements you desire. We allow 2 revisions before we lock in the final design!

Do you travel outside of tulum?

Yes!

When traveling outside of Tulum area or Mexico, there is an additional travel fee to cover the cost of flights, accommodation, meals, fuel and staff hours.

Do you work with other floral vendors?

We require exclusivity as the only florist for your event to manage the complete job.

We understand friends and family want to help, but their involvement often leads to additional stress, so we prefer to handle everything ourselves to ensure the best outcome.

What happens to all the florals after the event?

We encourage you and your guests to bring the flowers home to enjoy them a little bit longer - just make sure that all the rental items are left behind for us to pick up.

Same goes for larger installations - you are free to pick off any florals.

Any flowers left behind at break-down will be disposed of, as venues require the space cleared.
